The company specializes in the manufacturing of two core product categories: soluble salt cores and castings. We maintain a comprehensive suite of equipment and a fully closed-loop production process.
Regarding salt cores, our facilities include one 1,250-ton hydraulic press, three 315-ton hydraulic presses, over 50 standard hydraulic presses, and more than 54 dedicated salt-core production units. This configuration establishes a tiered tonnage capacity—spanning large, medium, and standard scales—that accommodates everything from large, complex components to small, standard parts. Our sintering infrastructure features two 46-meter and multiple 20-meter continuous roller-hearth electric furnaces, which enable zoned temperature-controlled sintering. This setup ensures high throughput and excellent batch-to-batch consistency, supporting a large-scale supply capacity of 100,000 units per day and tens of millions of units annually. Additionally, we operate over a dozen injection-molding machines designed for complex, non-standard salt cores—such as those with side undercuts, re-entrant features, or deep, elongated blind holes—that cannot be demolded using conventional pressing techniques; these serve as a vital complement to our primary pressing lines.
