Binzhou Zhengdao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (BZD), located in Binzhou, Shandong, is recognized as a national “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche technologies, a national high-tech enterprise, and a high-growth gazelle enterprise. The company operates the Binzhou Zhengdao Piston Wear-Resistant Insert Ring Research Institute and the Binzhou Engineering Research Center for Salt Cores Used in Lightweight Aluminum Castings. With proprietary expertise in salt cores, wear-resistant insert rings, guide impellers for submersible pumps, and variable-geometry turbocharger nozzle rings, BZD develops advanced materials and processes for global OEM customers.
To meet increasingly demanding lightweight design requirements, BZD continues to develop special-shaped salt cores for complex aluminum and magnesium alloy castings. Its solutions have expanded beyond pistons to support next-generation designs for brake calipers, flow-channel plates, and other advanced components. Looking ahead, BZD remains customer-focused, strengthens its core capabilities, and creates lasting value for customers and society.
Since 2006, BZD has focused on the R&D and production of salt cores, centrifugal castings, and precision castings for demanding industrial applications.
Certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, BZD supplies OEM components to leading automotive parts manufacturers worldwide.
